Unfortunately, there's no "ideal" therapy length or frequency that fits everyone. It depends on various factors like the specific issue, severity, individual progress, and personal goals. Typically, therapy starts weekly and adjusts based on needs. Short-term therapy (10-20 sessions) might address specific issues. Complex challenges or deep-seated issues may require longer-term therapy (months or even years).
Person-Centered, EMDR, Expressive Arts, and Somatic therapies. I meet you where you are, and what you want out of your personal goals. I think of these modalities like ingredients, and each individual receives their personal entree.
I am an out of network provider (OONP). Doing this allows me to provide quality care and specialties for you. My rates are carefully chosen to maintain certifications, continue education for up to date services of care, reduce burn-out, maintain overhead costs, and access fair living wages.
Typically, each session is a 55-minute duration.
